We supply our Clients with Personal Assistants (Live-in Carers), Nurses, Care & Support Workers, Nannies, Housekeepers, Companions, and Health & Social Care Professionals. We take a partnership and consultative approach to deliver staffing solutions that meet their organisation’s personal or family needs. We work with each organisation or Client to understand their culture, needs, person specification and job specification. This helps us to identify potential candidates with the right skills and experience to match the required specifications.  All the potential candidates will go through preliminary recruitment checks as part of our recruitment policy.  Self-employed Live-in Personal Assistants wishing to join our organisation are also required to go through the same robust recruitment process as the rest of our staff.

Through our robust recruitment and selection policy we undertake to employ only those persons who demonstrate the right attitude to work, have the requisite skills, education, training, prior work experience and share our organisations values. We believe that if you have the above attributes you will complement and enhance the quality of services we aim to deliver. All job applicants are required to apply for enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Baring Service in order that we may be satisfied that they are appropriate persons to look after Clients. All our staff sign up to the Bridge-it Options Team Pledge, which means they fully-embrace the standard of care and customer service we expect them to deliver to all our Clients.
